Apple ‘crumble’ for breakfast this morning, this recipe came to me in a dream but I feel like that’s how the best recipes are created hahah! My healthy version is the BEST for breakfast or dessert or a snack!
– 1 apple
– tsp cinnamon
– tbsp water
– handful of raisins (optional)
– tsp maple syrup – not necessary but makes it a bit sweeter!
– lizis_official low sugar granola
– fage_uk total 0% yoghurt
– pistachios and cranberries to top (optional)
Mix all the ingredients in a pan, pop the lid on and cook on a medium high heat for 5 mins or until soft.
Top with the granola, yoghurt and pistachios/ cranberries or any toppings you want!!
