So many blueberries in this but that’s what makes it so good! Also when I tell you I stood for 15 mins by the window waiting for the sun I’m not lying 😩 I hate the bad weather!

As for the recipe, it’s the same as my previous pancake post which you can find in my guides! I just added a cup of frozen blueberries to the mix after blending!

Blueberry chia seed jam 🫐
-Microwave 1 cup of frozen blueberries for 1.5mins
-mix in chia seeds and keep adding until it thickens ( I just tipped a load in until it went thick but idk how much)
– add some honey and lemon juice until desired sweetness
