Recipe:
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp white vinegar
1 egg (or flax egg)
– blend all ingredients together
– cook on non stick pan over a med low heat until golden
-flip until cooked on both sides
– add toppings and enjoy!
