My sister an I made some classic crêpes the other day! Saw eats.by.hce make colour gradient pancakes and was inspired because it looked insane ?
Anyway here is the recipe (it’s not vegan or healthy but I’m working on it):
1 cup of milk (oat milk)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp melted butter
-mix ingredients together then leave to rest for 5 mins
– pour batter until it covers pan
(Between each pour add a few drop of food colouring to get gradient!)
– cook over medium heat until you can flip it
Filled some crêpes with lemon and sugar and some with Nutella ?
