CINNAMON ROLL / BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 🥞
I’m so indecisive- couldn’t decide between cinnamon roll or blueberry pancakes so made both!! I also couldn’t decide which pictures to post so have 5 hahah! (Swipe to see swirl under toppings)
These pancakes were so so delicious, the combo of the two worked so well- possibly my new fav (bold statement though)!
Recipe:
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 egg (or flax egg)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp white vinegar
(Frozen blueberries)
(Cinnamon swirl- cinnamon, brown sugar, butter)

Blend all ingredients together except blueberries and cinnamon filling
For blueberry pancakes put frozen blueberries in half the batter
For cinnamon roll pancakes put filling in piping/ ziplock bag, pour batter onto pan then pipe swirl on top
Cook over low/med heat on a non stick pan until golden on both sides
