Did a little experiment this morning and came out with this….
BLUEBERRY MILK PORRIDGE 🤪
Haven’t done normal oats in a while so I thought why not go crazy and make it with blueberry milk 🤣This is super simple but super delicious and the colour is insanely purple (my fav colour) 💜💜
Recipe:
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup oat milk
3/4 cup oats
1 tsp maple syrup
-blend blueberries and milk together until smooth to create a blueberry milk!
– add oats, maple syrup and blueberry milk to a large bowl and microwave for 2.5 mins
– stir then microwave again for a further 1.5 mins

Lemon curd
Crumbled Lotus biscuit
