HAPPY EASTER!! 🐣🐣
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend and enjoying their Easter eggs 🤍 I’m actually getting my Easter egg tomorrow (post Easter deals 🤣)
This morning to celebrate I made CRÈME EGG BAKED OATS:
1/2 cup oats, blended
1/2 banana, mashed
1/3 cup oat milk
1.5 tsp cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 crème egg
-preheat oven to 200°C
– mix all ingredients except egg and pour into ramekin
– top with crème egg
– bake for 25 mins
Drizzled with chocolate!! 🐣🐣
