Happy Saturday!! Today’s post is my variation on toatallytoni ‘s stunning chai spiced muffins. I can’t get enough of them – so so delicious and they have the PERFECT TEXTURE 🤍
120ml plant milk (I used oat)
150g mashed banana
2 tbsp maple syrup
250g plain flour
150g brown sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
Chai spices – 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2tsp ground cloves
Preheat oven to 200°C
Combine all wet ingredients then stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour batter into a lined muffin tin
Bake for 15-20 mins!
I topped mine with a honey glaze – 3tbsp icing sugar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp plant milk!
