It’s finally the weekend!!
Happy Saturday, it’s a busy one for me today so decided to make a french toast bagel – also topped with pb&j because I have been LOVING this combo recently 💛
•french toast recipe•
1 nybakeryco bagel
1 egg
1/3 cup oat milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
-mix the egg, milk, cinnamon and maple in a flat dish then soak bagel into mixture
-cook on a low heat and flip until each side is golden
•toppings•
Blueberry chia seed jam (see blueberry pancakes for this recipe)
Melted peanut butter
Banana hearts
