IT’S WEDNESDAY!! which in my house means pancakes 🥞
My ultimate favourite food of all time – unbeatable!! This morning’s stack is chocolate and banana marble pancakes and they were so so good 🤍
Recipe:
1 banana
1 egg (or flax egg)
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp white vinegar
Blend everything except the cocoa powder
Pour half the batter into another bowl and add cocoa
Heat non stick pan
Swirl chocolate mix into plain mix to create marble effect
Cook on a medium low heat until golden on both sides
Add toppings and enjoy!!
