Lemon poppyseed muffins 🍋
I used beth_thefirstyear recipe with my own topping and wow it was good! My whole family is obsessed 💛
(Also after a week and a half of rain and grey skies I’m so so happy the sun is out!)
Topping:
1/2 cup fage 0% total yoghurt
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Icing sugar ( amount varies)
– mix yoghurt and lemon juice until combined then add icing sugar 1 tbsp at a time until desired sweetness!
