No better way to celebrate Sunday than with pancakes!! My absolute favourite food 🤍🤍
This recipe was inspired by a collab with giadaeatsgood who is so genuine and lovely!
We decided to make our own variations on pancakes with our fav toppings, so check out her account to see what she made ☺️
Obviously being the most indecisive person EVER, I made two toppings and shared half of each with my sister hahah! Both of them were so delicious – I think they’re the best crêpes I’ve made so far!
1 cup plant milk
1 egg (or flax egg)
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp melted butter
Mix all the ingredients together until just combined
Leave mixture to sit for 5 mins
Pour into a thin layer over a non stick pan
Cook until the edges lift of the pan and flip
Cook on other side until golden
Repeat for rest of mix!
Add toppings & enjoy 😊
Mixed fruit sauce (microwave frozen berries until soft and icing sugar to thicken)
White choc buttons
Gingernut biscuit crumbled
