SUPER THICK mango & blueberry nice cream / smoothie bowl ?
So simple and yummy especially now the weather is beginning to improve!!
(Also don’t know why Instagram zooms the video in so much ?)
1 frozen banana
2/3 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
– blend all ingredients
– can top and enjoy straight away or freeze for two hours for a thicker consistency!!
